为贯彻落实国家十四五规划发展纲要,加快建设科技强国,中国通信学会定于2023年8月上旬举办“2023中国通信学会环球科学家蓝海论坛”。本论坛由中国通信学会主办,《中国通信》编辑部承办。 本论坛是国内外信息通信领域的一次高规格学术研讨会,面向世界科技前沿、国家重大需求,瞄准6G、人工智能、大数据、物联网等最新研究成果,围绕网络技术、产业应用、生态系统等多个维度,剖析信息通信技术、学术研究最新进展和未来发展趋势。 为配合本次论坛,特开展征文活动。欢迎信息通信领域的专家学者、研究人员和广大科技工作者踊跃投稿。

二、论文审稿与发表

本次征文活动使用ScholarOne作为投审稿平台,录用论文根据需要安排在会议期间进行宣讲。论文发表时间计划在2024年《中国通信》(英文版,SCI收录)的第4期。

三、投稿要求与方式

1.论文接收英文稿件。论文须包括完整的题目、摘要、关键词、征文和参考文献、作者简介等。论文格式请下载《中国通信》期刊网站(www.cic-chinacommunications)“Submission”板块中的模板和要求。
